BOOKING INFORMATION
Consult the Availability Calendar to decide which gîte you wish to reserve and the dates required. Complete the Booking form and send it by clicking the submit button. You will be sent a Booking Acknowledgement. This constitutes a provisional booking and the accommodation will be reserved for you for the next seven days. Use the Pricing Information and Exchange rate calculator to check on the price of your required dates.
Print off two copies of the Booking Acknowledgement, one for your own records, sign and send one copy by post, together with a deposit of 50% of the full rental cost to the Proprietors:

Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer in Euros, at the current rate of exchange to Denise Kemp and Gary Stephens. The balance of the rental is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
For a rental starting less than 6 weeks from the date of booking, the FULL rental cost should accompany the form. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent, by e-mail or post, a Booking Confirmation. Your booking is then fully confirmed and you will be sent detailed local directions on how to find Lagarde.
The owners strongly recommend guests purchase their own holiday insurance against possible cancellations due to the ongoing Covid situation.
PRICING INFORMATION
The rates shown in the table below include electricity, heating, gas, bed-linen, hand and bath towels. In the table Gite 1 refers to Le Coin Perdu and Gite 2 to La Belle Chataigne. Please ensure that you bring your own towels for the pool side. All prices are in EUR - Euros. Please use the currency converter to calculate your currency price.
During the HIGH season we only take bookings on a weekly basis. A week commences 4pm Saturday and ends the following Saturday 10am.
During the LOW and MID seasons we take bookings on a weekly basis. Additionally, bookings may be taken on a daily basis - please contact the owners for the prices of a short stay reservation. The gîtes can be hired by the day and you can choose any day to arrive and depart.
A property deposit of 200 euros on arrival is requested; this will be returned on departure less any charges that may be payable, e.g. for non-accidental breakages, excess cleaning, etc. A local government tourism tax is also payable on arrival at the property.

In the clauses contained in the referenced document THE HIRER is the person signing the BOOKING FORM and includes all the members of the party occupying THE PROPERTY during the period of rental. THE PROPRIETORS are Denise and Gary Stephens and the PROPERTY is known as Le Coin Perdu (Gîte No.1) and La Belle Chataigne (Gîte No.2), as per the booking request, Lagarde de Junhac.
